Strategy Consulting Role - Automotive & Industrials (2-5 yrs)

Hiring for a strategy consultant in the Automotive/IM sector.

Responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assisting the Auto and IM sector manager in business development activities and sector projects including support on projects and pitches

- Assisting the sector manager and the sector team in developing thought leadership publications and point of view documents

- Working as an independent contributor or as part of a larger sector team to deliver strategic market, operation, and commercial studies

- Contributing to the creation of and presentation of deliverables for mid/senior level onshore management by leveraging the sector knowledge

- Developing discussion papers to support strategic initiatives of key accounts

- Leveraging analytical skills in combination to the sector knowledge to deliver "So what analysis" on deliverables

- Contribute to the knowledge management initiative with the sector team

Mandatory technical & functional skills

- Expertise in MS Office - especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word (knowledge of VBA will be an advantage)

- Strong interest in Automotive and Industrial Manufacturing sectors (relevant prior experience in the sectors would be an advantage)

- Ability to think analytically and identify the relevant key points through complexity

- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a project team

- Willingness and ability to learn and work on newer challenging projects and initiatives

- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values

Qualifications

- B.Tech /B.E (Mechanical/Automotive) preferred

- MBA from a leading Indian / International educational institution
