Senior Product Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design process for innovative, user-centered digital products. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will create compelling experiences that solve complex problems and deliver value to users.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design Leadership :

- Own the design process from concept to execution.

- Lead design reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and alignment.

- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

2. User Research and Insights :

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

3. UX/UI Design :

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

- Ensure consistency across design systems and components.

4. Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure seamless execution.

- Effectively present design ideas and rationales to stakeholders.

5. Innovation and Trends :

- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate design quality.

- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance product experiences.

Requirements :

- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in product design or UX/UI roles, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.

- Education: Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills :

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

- Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
