Aelum Consulting - UI/UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (5-10 yrs)

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts.

You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive UI designs.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iteratively improve design concepts.

- Develop user personas, user journeys, and detailed user flow diagrams to guide design decisions.

- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all design deliverables.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Marketing) to define and implement design solutions.

- Translate user insights into delightful experiences.

- Create original design, typography, iconography, and art for digital screens.

- Ensure products follow inclusion and accessibility principles.

- Lead digital projects from strategy to conceptualization, prototyping, and final execution.

- Turn requirements and wireframes into high-performance web applications using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- In-depth understanding and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and/or other UI technologies.

- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and user experience best practices.

- Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and other UX artifacts.

- Knowledge of the agile software development mindset and tools, including Jira, Git, and Jenkins.

- Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Strong analytical ability with proven strength in suggesting creative solutions and innovative ideas.
