We are seeking a talented UX Designer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing cardiac care. In this role, you will play a strategic part in shaping the user experience of our products while influencing business growth. By bridging the gap between user needs and business objectives, you will help define solutions that resonate with our users and support broader organizational goals.

Responsibilities :

- Act as a key contributor in defining product strategies that differentiate Tricog in the market, ensuring designs enhance product adoption, usability, and customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and clinicians to align product design with user requirements, clinical workflows, and business development objectives.

- Product Design : Craft intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, grounded in thorough user research to deliver seamless, engaging, and user-centric experiences.

- Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.

- You will not only act as an individual contributor but will also lead a lean team of junior designers.

- You will be expected to provide them with learning opportunities and guidance to grow their skills and provide oversight on their designs by reviewing and modifying them as necessary to meet the quality standards you set.

Requirements :

Experience :

- 4-6 years of professional experience in UX design, preferably in health tech, MedTech, or similar domains.

- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

- Proven ability to align design work with business goals, contributing to strategic discussions and influencing product roadmaps.

- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Healthcare Experience (Preferred) : Familiarity with designing for healthcare professionals and patients is a strong advantage.
