Technical Program Manager - Project Management (7-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in project management and Agile methodologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of technical projects. The main responsibilities of the role include:

- Leading and managing technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and tracking project progress against these plans.

- Identifying and managing project risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

- Facilitating communication and collaboration between team members, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on project goals and objectives.

- Conducting regular project status meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

- Implementing Agile methodologies and best practices to drive project success and continuous improvement.

- Mentoring and coaching team members on Agile practices and principles.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a software development environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with certification in Agile or Scrum preferred.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering technical projects.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
