- Manage and execute payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify payroll calculations, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Administer payroll-related changes such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and leaves.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Payroll Processing.
- Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishments' requirements are fulfilled
- Represent the entity in Statutory, IFC, Tax & Internal audits.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure timely processing of payroll-related compliance, including tax filings, provident fund, PT, gratuity, LWF, TDS Quarterly & Annual filling and other payroll laws.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports within stipulated deadlines.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates.
System and Process Management:
- Manage payroll software and integrate it with HR systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements for payroll accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain payroll documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
