5G Core Architect (10-15 yrs)

About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned 5G Core Network Architect to lead and drive the architecture of cutting-edge 5G Core solutions. If you have a passion for 5G technologies and a proven track record in managing large-scale telecom projects, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Lead the end-to-end management of 5G Core network projects, ensuring they align with both business objectives and timelines.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, setting clear goals, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth communication and project flow.

- Provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting the status, challenges, and risks of ongoing projects.

Technical Leadership :

- Take charge of designing and optimizing 5G Core network solutions, with deep expertise in 5GC, NFV, IMS, and other related technologies.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of key components like AMF, SMF, UPF, and more.

- Leverage your expertise in 5G Core protocols (S1, X2, N1, N2, N3) and 3GPP specifications to drive technical excellence.

- Guide the implementation of Cloud-native architectures, ensuring scalability and performance across the network.

- Use tools like JIRA, GitHub, and Jenkins to track and manage progress while ensuring quality and timeliness.

What We Are Looking For :

- You bring 12+ years of experience managing telecom/network projects, with at least 5 years specifically focused on 5G Core technologies.

- You have hands-on expertise in 5G Core architecture, with strong knowledge of NFV, IMS, and related network solutions.

- Proven success in managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

- Certifications such as Six Sigma or 5G-related certifications are a bonus, but your experience speaks volumes.
