LTE/5G Protocol Developer - C/C++ Programming (2-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- LTE/5G (eNodeB/gNodeB)

- RLC, MAC, RRC, RRM, PDCP, S1AP, X2AP, SON, FDD/TDD

- Layer 2 protocols : RLC, MAC, RRC, RRM, PDCP, S1AP, X2AP, SON, FDD/TDD Layer 2 protocols

- 5G NR Layer 2 or 3 protocols

- Hands-on experience with C/C++ programming language

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Good understanding of LTE/5G (eNodeB/gNodeB)

- Layer 2 or 3 protocols viz. RLC, MAC, RRC, RRM, PDCP, S1AP, X2AP, SON, FDD/TDD Layer 2 protocols

- Exposure to 5G NR Layer 2 or 3 protocols, Dual Connectivity is desirable

- Good understanding of RRM software functions and architecture

- Exposure to eNodeB/gNB feature development in RRC , RRM or MAC areas is a must

- Good understanding of real time operating system concepts

- Exposure to multi-thread application development on multi-core real time embedded Linux platforms

- Exposure to Aricent LTE/5G protocol stack is an advantage (Good to have)

- Good programming skills in "C", "C++".

- Exposure to scripting languages viz.

- Python, shell scripting etc is desirable

- Good communication skills and ability to technically lead small teams is an advantage
