Accounts Receivable Manager

Roles and Responsibility:
1. Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered. 
2. Have sound knowledge for Core AR activities (Including B2C & B2B, LFR )
3. Have a good expertise in term of recon independently with end to end closure
4. Commercial knowledge should be strong in terms of scheme validations / agreements
reviews / AR taxations clarity / E invoicing clarity / GSTIN + TDS
5. Awareness of financial documents like BG SBLC + Export Documentations+ Banking
Liasioning
6. Can be able to communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and
external stakeholders
7. Should be well versed in English communication
8. Accounting knowledge required
Competency:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (If MBA it’s add-on)
2. At least 6 years experience in a similar role. 
3. Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software. 
4. Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills. 
5. High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. 
6. Critical thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
Skills Required:
1. Strong data entry skills for expense reports.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
3. Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes.
4. Familiarity with purchase order processes.
