Accounts Receivable Manager (From Mumbai) SAP Experience is Must

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager with a minimum of 11 years of experience to oversee and streamline our AR processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing AR functions, leading teams, and working on SAP. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient cash flow, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving organizational financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end AR process, including billing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Monitor AR aging reports to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Handle escalations related to customer payments and disputes, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a team of AR executives, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
• Assign tasks, set performance objectives, and monitor team productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge of AR processes and SAP functionalities.
• SAP Expertise:
• Utilize SAP to manage AR workflows, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
• Continuously explore and implement SAP features to optimize AR operations.
• Process Improvement:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance AR processes and improve collection efficiency.
• Establish and enforce internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare AR-related reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Analyze collection trends and recommend action plans to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 11 years of experience in Accounts Receivable management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
