• Prepare sales reports using advanced Excel formulas such as HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions through CRM software.
  
• Utilize MS Office tools to create presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents for internal use.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets by providing timely updates on market trends and competitor activity.
  
• Ensure data integrity by verifying accuracy of all entered data into the system.
