Senior Manager- Corporate leasing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage corporate leasing deals from start to finish, ensuring timely execution and revenue generation.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective client handling, meeting management, and new client acquisition.
  
• Lead a team of transaction managers to achieve targets in commercial leasing transactions.
  
• Identify opportunities for business development and lead generation through targeted marketing efforts.
  
• Oversee the entire process of corporate lease negotiations, including drafting agreements and closing deals.
