Role & responsibilities

• Identification / Developing of new stream for generating requirement / leads
• Online Marketing for generating requirement / leads
• Clients / Owner Relationship Management
• Regular Follow-ups with Clients & Data Management
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports / Schedules

Preferred candidate profile

• Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
• Managing team of corporate leasing - commercial in Gurgaon.
• Directing and managing personnel functions including distribution of work assignments, personnel mentoring and disciplinary actions.
• Introducing company's services among decision makers & scheduling meetings with concern clients.
• Effectively handling clients with positive feedback.
• Transaction Management for leasing and sale of office space for corporate occupiers and end users
• Will have to identify key-prospects through primary and secondary research.
• Effective Client Relationship Management
