Team Management:
Sales Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Set individual and team performance goals, and regularly assess progress against these goals.
Performance Management:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Address any performance issues promptly and implement action plans for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners within the area.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients to promote the companys products and services.
Reporting and Analysis:
Sales Reports:
Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market trends, to senior management.
Use sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Budget Management:
Manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring that expenses are within approved limits and resources are allocated effectively.
