The ASM will lead a team of medical representatives, manage key accounts, and ensure the achievement of sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of medical representatives, providing them with guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
