Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014- Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes.

What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.

We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business.

Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses.

In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

We are seeking a motivated Manager Sales Development Representative to join our team.

As an SDR manager, it is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with strong sales leadership and a passion for technology .

You will be responsible for managing a team for qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with potential customers, setting appointments, and ensuring successful conversion for our Source to Pay product within RazorpayX.

Roles And Responsibilities.

Pitch and demonstrate the features and benefits of Razorpay products.

Deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers.

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and competitive offerings.

Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding targets.

Proactively identify opportunities to drive client engagement and adoption of our solutions.

Contribute to the overall growth and success of RZP by sharing knowledge, ideas, and suggestions.

Qualifications And Skills.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Saas/Fintech industry.

Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.

Experience with CRM software and lead tracking systems.

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
