Job Description
The Role:
As the Chief of Staff for the COO at Razorpay, you ll work directly for the COO and the leadership team to help them grow to scale, and run the business more effectively. In this role, you will help the COO and the business by: - driving critical initiatives (which requires cross-functional coordination) ,facilitating all COO reviews, becoming a problem-solving partner to the COO on key strategic decisions and owning various facets of revenue strategy.
This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the company s AOP and Goal setting process, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals
- Create and manage quarterly board related collateral and communication
- Drive the Leadership team towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making
- Collaborate with business heads to define quarterly and annual OKRs, ensuring they are measurable and aligned with the companys overall objective
- Drive strategic initiatives and/or discrete projects on behalf of the COO - this could be across the spectrum - revenue related initiatives, creating or vetting business cases or experience related
- Own the COOs agenda - ensuring maximum impact in both internal and external engagements
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business / sales / strategy roles
