Primary Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:Provide expert-level support for enterprise customers usingIBM Spectrum LSF, SLURM, and OpenShift, ensuring high availability and optimal system performance.Problem Resolution:Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical issues independently using advanced problem determination and root-cause analysis skills.Incident & Escalation Management:Handlecritical customer issues, urgent escalations, and hotline support while working closely with development, product management, and sales teams.Knowledge Development:Create and enhance technical knowledge bases, develop troubleshooting guides, and refine support tools to improve efficiency.Process Optimization:Recommend and implement improvements to existing technical support tools, procedures, and processes.Collaboration & Customer Engagement:Provide exceptional customer service to large enterprise users, communicating action plans and resolution timelines effectively.
