1. Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to support technical discussions with potential clients and provide in-depth product knowledge.

1. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of APIs, Loyalty platforms, and Growth marketing tools

1. Experience: 8+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting in the Banking, Ad tech, or related industries.
2. Business Requirement Analysis: Prior experience in business requirement analysis and BRD writing.
3. Leadership: Experience leading discussions and coordinating between sales, product, and engineering leading a team of 4+ individuals.
4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to clients and internal teams.
5. Technical Background: Understanding of ad tech systems, APIs, and platforms.
