Nothing as of now. Pathetic team and just no place for growth. Its just a advertisement firm with no processes of growth and development in the firm. Avoid joining.. and if you get an interview call don't waste a complete month attending stupid meetings with people junior and lower qualified than you.

Almost Nothing expect salary and work life balance. Other than that, office is nice and food is ok.

Dislikes

Very bad and unprofessional approach from director level employees. No proper training is give to new hires. Quality of work in both Engineering and Analytics/ Data Science department is focused on useless things, rather than product development and enhancing user experience. Management and leaders are clueless and really bad. No career growth due to lack of quality projects .
