- Drive Balance Sheet closing for various group entities and consolidation of financials.
- Assist with process implementations, preparation, and adherence to key control activities.
- Timely closure of Statutory and Internal Audits
- Proficiency and knowledge in Tier 1 ERP tools preferred.
- Explore automation in all the areas worked.
- Understand the unit economics of the business and provide insights.
- Review of monthly P&L - review decks, strong variance analysis capabilities.
- To work closely with various stakeholders and business partners.
- Candidates with experience in controllership function will be preferred.
- Problem solving attitude with analytical bent of mind.
- Effective communication & stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in managing and working in a team.
- CA with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Big4 or listed companies. Fintech experience is a plus
