Analytics Lead Data Platform

Your Role

We are looking for Analytics Lead with strong analytics and data warehousing experience who can lead the design and optimize world class data platform that forms the backbone of our e-commerce operations.Your responsibilities will include:

• Data Model Development: Designing and implementing data transformations and preparation to build robust SQL data models on Redshift and drive reporting and analytics
• Analytical Experience: Leveraging strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data, enabling informed decision-making that directly impacts and optimizes e-commerce operations
• Team Leadership: Building and leading a high-performing data platform team, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement
• AI Integration: Integrating AI and machine learning models into the data platform to enhance development, automate processes, and improve operational decision-making.
• Scalability and Performance: Ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of the data platform to meet growing business demands.
• Collaboration: Working closely with data scientists, product teams, and other stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver tailored solutions that address business challenges.
• Data Quality: Implementing and upholding rigorous data quality standards in Analytical products (visualization, reporting, etc.) and best practices.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

• Have proven analytical background with a demonstrated ability to derive insights from data and influence decision-making to drive operationaland business outcomes.
• Have 5+ years of experience in building data warehouse solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
• Have 3+ years of experience managing and leading teams.
• Have advanced SQL expertise, with the ability to write and debug complex queries in relational databases.
• Have experience in deploying solutions in production environments using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Github
• Have strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferably you:

• Have proficiency with Redshift and Airflow.
• Have experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech, customer-focused environment, with teams distributed across the globe
