We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Data Analytics Lead to join our growing analytics team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the advanced data analytics strategy across the organization. You will lead a team of data analysts, and engineers to leverage advanced analytical techniques, machine learning models, and data-driven insights to solve complex business problems and optimize decision-making. Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of data engineers and analysts to develop and execute data analytics strategies.
Oversee the transition and optimization of data solutions (moving from BigQuery to Oracle).
Collaborate with the AI/ML teams to integrate analytics into AI/ML pipelines and workflows.
Drive personalization strategies for customer-facing applications using advanced clustering, segmentation, and scoring techniques.
Foster collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics with business operations and external market strategies.
Oversee data observability and ensure the quality of analytics outputs.
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership to shape the company s data and analytics roadmap.
Must Have Skills:
10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred), including migration from BigQuery to Oracle.
Proven track record of driving data-driven insights and business strategies through advanced analytics.
Experience in implementing advanced analytics solutions using technologies like Kafka, Spark, Snowflake, and Hive.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Metabase for reporting and dashboarding.
Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and cloud-agnostic architecture.
Expertise in Big Data technologies such as Spark, Trino, Hive, Iceberg, and Snowflake.
Proficiency with data pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Airflow).
Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Metabase.
Solid understanding of data clustering, segmentation, and scoring models.
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of data engineers and analysts.
Deep understanding of Data Governance principles and Data Quality metrics.
Good to Have:
Familiarity with Oracle for large-scale database implementation.
Knowledge of MinIO, S3, and other object storage solutions.
Experience with DataOps or AIOps frameworks.
Qualification:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent technical training and professional work experience
