Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales - Closing

The AGM Sales Manager- Closing will create and lead the sales process, which includes, selling, and closing business deals. This also includes sourcing with IPC/ICP for luxury. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating reports and tracking metrics, and generate revenue for the company.

The Candidate must have closed a high-ticket deals upto 10 cr plus.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate having strong HNI customer network, especially in the western Suburbs.

Should have closed high value deals

Understanding of Rera and related laws.

Candidate must be from the Real Estate Sector Only
