General Manager Project Co-ordination

Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator I Planning I Execution at Raveshia Realty in Mumbai. He/She will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple real estate development projects, ensuring Commercial Management, Contract Negotiation, Forecasting & Budgeting and Project Control's and execution.

• Custodian of Committee to select Vendors
• Responsible for assessing and mitigating commercial & project risks
• Project KPI Management
• Enforce budgeting, reporting & financial control policies & procedures
• Prepare project Budgets and submit to the budget committee/Board/Top Management for approval
• Set Expectations for the PMC w.r.t. Timelines & Quality
• Develop cost execution plans, monthly billing & cash forecast model with leaders to manage project cost with budgets and identify cash forecasting improvements
• Project Planning, monitoring & reporting to the management / Committee
• Lead the Vendor assessment, identification, negotiations and finalization required for various construction items
• Lead Project Planning, Generate Periodic reports
• Administer Value Engineering Initiatives to identify areas where cost savings can be made without compromising the quality of the overall project
• Identify the various permits required for construction, apply and procure the same through the liaison resource
• Conduct quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction.
• Develop cost execution plans, monthly billings and cash forecast model with senior management to manage project cost within budgets and also identify cash forecasting improvements.
• Perform revenue & expense analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech - Civil
• 15 to 20 years of experience
• Ability to create and manage detailed construction schedules.
• Expertise in allocating and managing resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency in managing contracts
• Ability to implement and monitor quality control processes.
• Skill in developing and managing construction budgets, including forecasting costs, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively among team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and Health and Safety Protocols.
