About Us:

NeoSky is a wholly owned subsidiary of RattanIndia enterprises (REL). RattanIndia group is a business conglomerate with two listed companies with a market cap of around Rs.15000 Cr and employs around 2700 employees with REL mainly into new age tech businesses like eCommerce, Drones, EV's, FinTech and Fashion brands.

NeoSky India Limited is a leading provider of innovative drone solutions, catering to a diverse range of industries and government sectors. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented candidate to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our B2B and B2G drone sales in India.

Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and understand their specific needs and requirements.

- Business Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and close deals within the B2B and B2G sectors.

- Client Acquisition: Actively pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales in line with company objectives.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our drone products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.

- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our drone solutions.

- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare accurate sales reports, and provide insights to management.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in B2B or B2G sales, preferably in the technology or aviation industry.

- Strong understanding of the drone industry and its applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in selling drone solutions to government agencies or large enterprises.

- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

- Experience with remote sensing and data analytics.
