Support Engineer -IT

We are seeking an experienced IT Infra Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Role & responsibilities

• L1 & L2 Troubleshooting & resolving issues
• Mail ( MS Outlook) & O365 configuration maintenance troubleshooting
• Antivirus support
• Understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals.
• Tickets need to be closed according to TAT Time (Update, Close, Escalate)
• Customer Support on Site when issue is escalated ( Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Network devices)
• Remote management of Network Devices
• ISP Issues (Fiber cut, slow speed, Data Over, Plans Upgrade and Downgrade)
• Managing & Trouble shooting CCTV issues
• Any one ERP Basic Knowledge/understanding
• Deep understanding of customer support processes and tools. Ability to follow defined processes.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to coordinate, follow up, follow through and drive issues to closure proactively.
• The ability to be a good listener, and to understand customer issues. Ability to provide innovative workarounds or design a solution to fix customers problem.
• Have an inquisitive mind for new technologies, do not hesitate to actually move your hands, and always enjoy improving your technical capabilities.
