Erp Functional Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Role & responsibilities

1. ERP System Configuration: Configure and implement ERP system modules, including finance, logistics, and supply chain management.

2. Business Process Analysis: Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, recommending changes to optimize ERP system usage.

3. Requirements Gathering: Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for ERP system configuration.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure ERP system meets business requirements.

5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on ERP system usage, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.

6. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, collaborating with technical teams to resolve complex problems.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of ERP system configuration, business processes, and testing procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

1. ERP System Experience: 3-4 years of experience with ERP systems, preferably Manufacturing Domain.

2. Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP system modules, including finance, logistics, and supply chain management.

3. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

4. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
