Java Architect

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale Java-based ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive technical innovation.

Role & responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software systems.

2. System Design: Design and architect large-scale Java-based systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

3. Technical Roadmap: Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for Java-based systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.

4. Code Reviews: Perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles.

5. Mentoring: Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and support to aid in their professional development.

6. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, collaborating with teams to resolve problems and ensure system stability.

7. Communication: Communicate technical ideas and plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Java Expertise: 8+ years of experience in Java development, with expertise in Java EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and related Front-end technologies such as jQuery, JavaScript, Ajax, and Bootstrap CSS.

2. DevOps Tools: Version control systems (Git), Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

3. Database Management: Knowledge of database management systems, efficient in SQL queries and manage database interactions using MS SQL, data modelling, and data warehousing.

4. Configure, deploy, and maintain applications on Tomcat Server.

5. Utilize Eclipse IDE for development and debugging tasks.

6. Security: Spring Security concept, Understanding of security principles, authentication, authorization, and encryption
