Summary:

- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into process designs.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and document detailed process maps and workflows.
- Propose and implement process optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business process design.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with process automation tools.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design principles.
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry-standard process modeling techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with business process management (BPM) software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A graduate degree is required.
