- HR Operations Management
- Oversee HR functions across multiple plants, ensuring standardization of processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures at the corporate and plant levels.
- Act as a liaison between corporate HR and plant HR teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance Management
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements at corporate and plant levels.
- Manage unit compliance audits, inspections, and certifications.
- Drive awareness and adherence to labor laws and other applicable regulations.
- Talent Management
- Implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for plant operations.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, training, career progression, and exits.
- Develop and execute employee engagement and retention programs.
- Salary Operations
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across units.
- Oversee salary structure, benefits, and incentive schemes in line with corporate guidelines.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee grievances related to compensation.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and mentor plant HR teams to ensure high performance and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across units.
- Strategic HR Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising employee satisfaction.
- Use HR analytics to improve decision-making and track HR performance metrics.
