- Single point of contact for the assigned client contact(s), available during the time zone of the markets they cover
- Provide solutions on the services provided and supporting the clients on self-service & platform related queries
- Communicate effectively on scope, timelines, processes and driving effective program anagement. Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to align and manage expectations acting as the client s representative in a firm to ensure that all their demands with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Business As Usual (BAU)
- Manage claim production & approval process
- Responsible for affiliate brix production process
- Facilitate APCM & tactic approval process
