Brief Summary:
The Brand Manager is responsible for managing marketing activities in the assigned zone, developing, and implementing Marketing strategies ATL and BTL, building and maintaining relationships with Retail Team, and achieving set marketing goals of the zone. The Brand Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of regional marketing manager and marketing executives providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
Their primary focus is to help the sales team in achieving the target of the region.
Brief Job Description (just an indicative list and not limited to the following)
1. Working closely with CRM and Digital team to strategies on the following-
a) New Customer acquisition strategy.
b) Retaining existing customer base at every store level and their respective region.
c) Effective customer engagement programmes for the region.
d) Working closely with the VM team for timely implementation.
e) Store launches Planning, budgeting, and execution with a sustenance marketing plan.
f) Catchment analysis by RMM at store level to be validated.
2. BAU - Conceptualize & Creative execution, agency briefing, vendor management, Coordination with Sales team for exhibitions, Onsite visit & Staff training, campaign execution, budget handling and negotiations, Market Visits, Competition Tracking, Digital campaign zone wise, Store Walkins.
3. Marketing P&L - Spends Vs Returns, maintaining campaign ATS, feedback module, maintaining post campaign analysis and reports, Store wise reports, Region wise budgeting.
4. Team Management - Guiding, Supervising, and mentoring the Regional Marketing Manager & Marketing Executives. Constant performance/tasks reviews; and ensuring they adhere to the SOPs & Fulfil their KRAs.
5. New Store Launch & sustenance - Pre event & Post event Planning, Catchment area study, Store playbook.
6. New Initiatives for increasing awareness to lead to more footfalls.
Skill Required
1. Proven experience of 6 Years as a Brand Manager or similar role
2. Experience in Digital marketing with clear understanding of metrics of social & performance marketing
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong leadership and team management skills
5. Ability to develop and implement Marketing strategies.
6. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
7. Master / bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
9. Extensive to travel within the assigned region.
