ACI Switch Engineer

We seek a highly skilled Java Developer with expertise in Kafka, Microservices, and Payment systems. The ideal candidate should have strong Java-based development experience and exposure to ACI solutions (preferred). Secondary experience with Apache Groovy is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java.

• Implement event-driven architecture with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.

• Develop and integrate Microservices-based solutions ensuring modular and efficient software design.

• Work on payment processing solutions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and security standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance.

• Ensure code quality, best practices, and software development methodologies are followed.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred)

• Expertise in Kafka (event streaming, message queues, pub-sub models)

• Solid understanding and experience in Microservices architecture

• Experience working in the BFS Domain with more focus towards Payments (payment gateways, processing, compliance, or related technologies)

• OR Java with ACI (Advanced Computing Interface) experience

Secondary Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of Apache Groovy

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
