Job Summary

• Responsible for gathering detailed functional requirements from the business and documenting these in functional specifications likewise the To be Design document.
• Should have 5 years plus relevant experience and expertise working on GAPs and provide the solution for the different modules of fusion HCM likewise Core HR, Absence Management, ORC, OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, LMS (Learning Management System).
• Must be support on fusion HCM modules likewise Core HR, Absence Management, ORC, OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, LMS (Learning Management System).
• Must be supported on OTL, Payroll and HIS integration.
• Must support to the functional team on GAPs and provide solutions.
• Responsible for regression/functional testing of CEMLIs
• Must be strongly capable to manage business users.
• Functionally must be able to do business configurations/setups.
• Must interact with the technical team and support them to understand the functionality.
• Must have performed the role of Functional team lead
• Should have worked at least for one Healthcare organization in end-to-end fusion implementation and support as per the above responsibility.
• Should work at the Gurgaon location.

• Must be supported on OTL, Payroll and HIS integration.

• Must be strongly capable of managing business users.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master s or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering or other relevant fields.
• Oracle Fusion Financial certifications is an additional advantage.
