Backend Java Developer

Mandatory Skills:

4+ years of experience in Java backend development, designing distributed systems, and RESTful API development.

• Proficiency in Java 8+ with expertise in Spring Boot/Quarkus, Reactive Programming, and Java Design Patterns.
• Experience in Microservices architecture, Event-Driven Design, and implementing security using OAuth2/OIDC.
• Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD), JUnit, Docker/Kubernetes, Maven, and Git.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including services like Serverless, EC2, Elastic Cache, S3, EFS, ALB, ECS, SQS, and SNS.

Preferred Skills

● Domain expertise in broadband and telecom, including Pay Monthly/Bill Pay, Pay As You Go, SIMO, in-life journeys, and payment integration.

● Familiarity with inventory management, basket and checkout flows, credit vetting, and catalog management.

● Experience with CMS platforms, preferably Contentful.

● Knowledge of caching mechanisms, performance optimization, and advanced AWS services.

● Exposure to handling complex cloud-native architectures and integrating advanced big data solutions.
