Job Description
- Will be working as an Individual Contributor (IC) under the leadership of Technical Lead/Manager.
- Should be able guide, assist and groom junior/developers.
- Should be able to carry out code and estimation review exercises.
- Responsible for completing development support(L2/L3) tasks around bug fixes, feature development, change requests and support issues.
- Taking full accountability of requirement/impact analysis, design,programming, unit testing deployment based on the assigned work Adhere to process standards set in the team.
- Responsible for timely correct reporting of work through Devops or other process tools.
- Co-ordinate engage with other stakeholders like product team, QA team, Release team, Implementation team, peer review team others for successful completion of work.
- Should be able to carry out an effective root cause analysis (RCA) exercise to arrive at an appropriate corrective/preventive action for the reported issues.
- Should be well versed with creating technical documentation e.g. DFD, ER diagram, process workflows, et al.
