Job Description
- 10+ years of experience in Mobile Internet banking.
- Experience and knowledge of UPI 3.0 and UPI 6.0 Knowledge and experience of Payment Domain and Bill payments Knowledge of Cards, Customer onboarding Experience of Liberalised Remittance Scheme
- Lead and manage testing efforts for multiple projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Manage testing resources, including test engineers, testers, and automation engineers, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Coordinate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on testing priorities.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive the resolution of defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and project timelines.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to testing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Job Location: Airoli and Andheri Flexible to travel as per client need
