Job Description
- Test Automation Leadership:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership to the automation testing team, ensuring best practices
and efficiency in testing processes.
- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement.
- Healthcare Domain Expertise:
- Apply extensive knowledge of the Healthcare domain to design and execute relevant
test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand healthcare software
requirements and contribute to the development of comprehensive test strategies.
- Test Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and execute test plans, considering the unique challenges and requirements of
healthcare software.
- Define and implement test strategies for various healthcare applications, including
Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Health Information Exchanges (HIE).
- Test Automation Development:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts to validate software
functionality, performance, and security.
- Implement and integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous
deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough and systematic testing, identifying and documenting defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the timely resolution of issues and the
delivery of high-quality software.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Generate comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and
automation scripts.
- Provide regular status reports and metrics to project stakeholders.
Must Have skills:
- Hands on experience in Selenium
- Collaboration with Cross Functional teams
- Creation of Test Documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of the Healthcare domain, including relevant standards and regulations.
- Experience with tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
