Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF EC) Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP SF EC solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design processes, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP SF Employee Central based on business needs.
• Provide expertise in organizational management, employee data management, workflows, and business rules .
• Ensure integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for EC-related processes.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and key stakeholders.
• Stay updated with SAP SF EC best practices and releases to enhance system functionality.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support.
• Knowledge of Employee Central Time Management, Position Management, and Reporting .
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Workflow Configuration .
• Familiarity with SAP SF Integration tools (APIs, CPI, Integration Center, BIB, etc. ) .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
