Senior Maintenance Engineer

To understand the safety & health policy of the company and to follow the same without any deviation.
To handle shift independently (work allocation/ manpower allocation Preventive, break down maintenance activities).
Co-ordination with the production team and performing preventive maintenance activities.
Spares Management Maintaining optimum spares, arrangement for the purchase of spares with purchase team and getting approval for Purchase & Expenditure from HOD.
CMMS work (PM calendar, checklist, ISO, EMS, Etc. , )
Preparation of Service order & delivery challan generation / PO in ERP portal
Breakdown time closing in EAM portal & Root cause analysis
Selection of vendors for Maintenance activities, getting comparative quotes, finalizing the vendor, registration of vendor
Service person arrangement (AMC, PLC programming)
To do month-end activities Submission of bills to finance team/closure of service orders/ PR/ DC pending if any.
Positional Requirements Functional:
Degree in B. E Mechanical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience in Maintenance Department.
Must have handled Shifts independently & exposure in managing the critical breakdowns
Knowledge on Mechanical Maintenance & Basics on Electrical Maintenance
Must have exposure in Mechanical & Hydraulic presses
Knowledge on Machine functions Specifically on Press, Furnace, CNC Machines, Assembly SPM, etc. ,
Knowledge on Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, Kaizen & QC
Exposure in Critical spares and inventory management
Basic knowledge on utilities - (Compressor, DG, LPG, Transformer)
