Roles and Responsibilities

• The candidate should be proficient in various MIS related analytics and tools for reporting to management.
• The incumbent will be expected to drive and support sales team in the state.
• Achieving monthly sales targets in state while providing necessary feedback and inputs to its team members.
• Achieving credit collections as per company norms
• Performance evaluation of sales team and set targets for the team.
• Lead a team of field mobilizers.
• Willing to travel extensively inside the state.
• Responsible for managing teams and planning sales activity.
• Building excellent relations with various sales channels.
• Track the current market activity and competitors' activity on a continuous basis and take action to counter competitors' strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fintech experience is required. It's important that CH is very strong in channel management.

Candidates with sales and rural marketing backgrounds are welcome.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision and possess high level problem solving skills.

8-10 years experience of leadership profile
