Lead React Developer

 Job Overview:

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead the front-end development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support 
  to React developers.

•   Design and implement high-quality React. js applications, ensuring performance,  
  scalability, and maintainability.  

•  Collaborate with UI/UX designers , backend developers , and product managers to 
  define the scope and requirements for new features and projects.  

•  Develop and maintain reusable components , libraries, and tools that can be shared 
  across projects.  

•  Ensure high code quality by implementing best practices for coding, testing, and 
  version control.  

•  Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code 
  consistency and adherence to standards.  

•  Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.  

•  Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate 
  them into the development process.  

•  Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and other 
  services.

•  Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any technical issues that arise during the 
  development cycle.  

•  Implement unit testing, integration testing , and end-to-end testing to ensure code 
  reliability.  

•  Manage and coordinate team activities in an Agile development environment,  
  participating in sprint planning, stand-ups , and retrospectives .

 Skills & Qualifications:

•   Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React. js .

•  Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5 , and CSS3 .

•  Proficient in React hooks, state management (Redux or Context API) , and building complex components.

•  Solid understanding of front-end architecture and design patterns .

•  Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM .

•  Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

•  Experience with version control systems , particularly Git .

•  Proficiency in using React Developer Tools and other debugging tools.

•  Excellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility , web standards , and responsive design principles.

•  Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme .

•  Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

•  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•  Excellent leadership and communication skills , with the ability to mentor junior developers and work collaboratively in a team environment.

 Preferred Qualifications:

•  Experience with server-side rendering frameworks such as Next. js .

•  Familiarity with TypeScript .

•  Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

•  Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud .

•  Familiarity with GraphQL and its integration with React.

•  Experience with performance optimization techniques in React apps.

•  Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications .

 Education:

•  Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field.

•  Master s degree is a plus.
