QA ( Automation Engineer )

 Job Overview:

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API
  testing.

•  Work closely with developers, product managers, and manual QA teams to
  understand project requirements.

•  Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium,
  Appium, or Cypress.

•  Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing.

•  Identify, document, and track bugs using defect-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.

•  Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.

•  Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).

•  Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and improve testing strategies.

•  Ensure test coverage, maintain test documentation, and provide quality assurance reports.

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

•   2 to 5 years of experience in automation testing within the IT industry.

•  Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or Cypress for automation.

•  Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or
  JavaScript.

•  Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.

•  Familiarity with test automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.

•  Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).

•  Good understanding of SQL for database validation.

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
