Job Description

We seeking a skilled and experienced Lead React Developer to lead our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with React.js and will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web applications. As a lead, you will guide and mentor the development team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the front-end development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to React developers .
Design and implement high-quality React.js applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to define the scope and requirements for new features and projects.
Develop and maintain reusable components , libraries, and tools that can be shared across projects.
Ensure high code quality by implementing best practices for coding, testing, and version control.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code consistency and adherence to standards.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the development process.
Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and other services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any technical issues that arise during the development cycle.
Implement unit testing, integration testing , and end-to-end testing to ensure code reliability.
Manage and coordinate team activities in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups , and retrospectives .

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js .
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3 .
Proficient in working with React hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and building complex components.
Solid understanding of front-end architecture and design patterns .
Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel , and NPM .
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Strong proficiency in using React Developer Tools and other debugging tools.
Excellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility, web standards, and responsive design principles.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme .
Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and communication skills , with the ability to mentor junior developers and work collaboratively in a team environment.
