Job Overview :

RapidData Technology is seeking a highly skilled and certified Mendix Trainer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mendix low-code application development and experience in delivering high-quality training sessions to developers, business users, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct comprehensive training on Mendix for teams, developers, and clients.

- Design and develop training materials, hands-on exercises, and real-time project-based learning sessions.

- Provide technical guidance on best practices, workflows, and integrations in Mendix development.

- Stay updated with Mendix platform advancements and incorporate them into training sessions.

- Conduct workshops, webinars, and classroom training for internal teams and clients.

- Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

- Assist in developing customized training programs based on project and business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Mendix Certified (Mendix Rapid, Intermediate, or Advanced Certification preferred).

- Strong expertise in low-code development, application modeling, and Mendix architecture.

- Experience in training delivery, curriculum development, and mentoring.

- Proficiency in cloud deployment, APIs, and third-party integrations within the Mendix ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt training for different levels of learners (beginner to advanced).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in corporate training, workshops, or technical coaching.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in Mendix projects.

- Exposure to Java, JavaScript, or other backend technologies is a plus.
