AidenAI - Unqork AE Lead (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Unqork projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design and develop Unqork applications and integrations, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, QA testers, and project managers.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.

- Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of Unqork applications.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.

- Identify and mitigate project risks.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Unqork platform features, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in Unqork platform development, including designing, developing, and deploying Unqork applications.

- Strong understanding of Unqork architecture, data modeling, workflows, and integrations.

- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g, AWS, Azure, GCP) relevant to Unqork deployments.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading project teams and mentoring junior developers.

- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g, Agile, Waterfall).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
