AidenAI - Data Integration Engineer - Informatica Power Center (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement efficient ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.

- Utilize your analytical skills and data modeling expertise to create and maintain high-quality, well-defined data models that support our business needs.

- Work effectively with large datasets, ensuring data integrity and quality throughout the ETL lifecycle.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts and dimensional modeling techniques.

- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Informatica PowerCenter and explore opportunities for leveraging cloud-based data integration solutions.

- Possess strong SQL and database management skills (Teradata and others) to interact with various data sources.

- Apply your problem-solving and communication skills to troubleshoot data integration issues and ensure smooth data flow.

- Utilize Unix/Linux and Python scripting skills to automate data migration, transformation, and other data management tasks.

- Maintain awareness of data governance principles and regulatory requirements for data migration to cloud environments.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- 4+ years of experience in data integration using Informatica PowerCenter (formerly IBM DataStage).

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data modeling techniques.

- Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data quality.

- Solid understanding of Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g, Teradata).

- Familiarity with Unix/Linux and Python scripting for data manipulation and automation.

Technical Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms is a plus.

- Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance for cloud data migration is a plus
