Project Manager - PMP Certified (8-13 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT project management to lead and execute projects efficiently.

The ideal candidate must have a PMP certification, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resource allocation and risk management.

- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.

- Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective measures.

- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and best practices.

- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to senior management and stakeholders.

- Drive process improvements and contribute to organizational growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field.

- PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is mandatory.

- 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with expertise in Agile/Scrum.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, IT Infrastructure, and software development processes.

- Experience managing multiple projects and working with global teams.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Additional certifications like CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or ITIL.

- Experience in cloud technologies, AI/ML projects, or digital transformation initiatives
