Role & responsibilities

• Filing of all the returns and forms as per Companies Act within the timeline.
• Preparation of board agenda and minutes within the time line.
• Finalization of Director Reports for the Financial Year, along with all annexures.
• Filing of all the returns and forms within the timeline.
• Response to the notice within the stipulated time
• Analyzing the tax implications for various business decisions.
• Internal control system - ICS Documentation
• Quarterly Risk Reporting
• Analyzing the proposed business decisions and providing the study report to the management for their consideration.
• Finalizing the Legal documentation as per Business Need

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must be either fully qualified CS or CA professional with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Must be excellent in communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in excel reporting & ppt presentation
